My first contact with the ECOsmarte products and technologies has been on the Cairns Tradeshow when I walked into the ECOsmarte-booth. What initially attracted me was the combination of technologies, the copper ionization, and platinum oxidation. In my youth, in Germany, the old people used to wear copper bands around their arms for protection against illnesses and I had heard about research being done in Germany about the beneficial effects of the same principles.
So I acquired a Turbo pool system for my swimming pool. Until now I used to have a saltwater pool but really did not like the effect of the chlorine in the water.
I’ve put in the system myself, a breeze to install and switched it on. One of the problems I had with my old setup was some green algae on the waterfall above the pool. To test the effectiveness of this system I plugged the overflow of my pool, filled the pool to the maximum water level, and waited for the algae to become visible. I then turned the system to ionization for 4 hours and watched the algae disappear at almost the same time. The next day there was no trace of any algae whatsoever which to me proved beyond any doubt that the system actually works. Since then I have crystal clear water in my pool, very nice to swim in.

I have been a Ecosmarte customer since 2002 on a stainless steel side pool in Michigan and a plaster pool in SE Florida. The system maintains my pools crystal clear with minimal time and zero chlorine or salt.

We have had the ECOsmarte pool system for more than 25 years now. We had a chlorine pool, and we have never looked back. Spending time at the pool store only to find out... their solution - “add more Chlorine” is not my idea of a fun afternoon. The ECOsmarte system has worked excellently, and the customer support through all these years is still top-notch. I have a sand filter with the recommended glass pack. I run the pump at least 10 hours a day. I maintain my pH at 6.8 and copper level to .5 -.7 ppm through the basic 3-month swimming season in MN. The cost to keep my pool clear is really just muriatic acid—4-6 gallons, used to keep pH low. I replace the copper electrodes about every three or four years. Once you get used to the system, it’s pretty easy to manage. I have experimented over the years, and usually, that did not work in my favor. I recommend you just maintain your pool as recommended by ECOsmarte. I do for sure now. I closed my pool mid-Sept 2020, then opened June 9th, 2021. We were swimming by June 12th! That’s definitely a record for me... good when family motivates you. I wholeheartedly recommend the ECOsmarte pool system. It works well, is healthy, and is inexpensive to maintain. My pool liner is about 20 years old. I also have the whole house system. I will write another review about this system under the appropriate heading. Enjoy your pool season. Thank you, ECOsmarte.

My wife and I wish to take this opportunity to express our satisfaction with the electrolytic water purification system you installed for us some six months ago. Prior to this installation, the water from our community well system was heavily contaminated with manganese, iron, calcium, salt, and non-coliform bacteria as well as organic solids (see enclosed NTL drinking water analysis.) This contaminated water stained white laundry so badly that it was necessary to use a Laundromat in town; plumbing fixtures required constant de-staining and, while the water was safe to drink, it did not taste particularly good so we regularly used bottled water for ice cubes, mixing concentrated juices and for drinking. Since the ECOsmarte System with a 20-micron pre-filter was installed last January we are able to do our white laundry at home, plumbing fixtures are becoming stain-free and the water is perfectly drinkable. I most highly recommend both this system and this company. The system has worked as advertised, the installation was first class and the service is outstanding.

Thank you for restoring my full facility well water system to its original quality level. In 1997 when I purchased the system I primarily wanted to get rid of the iron, manganese, and odors. We have come to learn it prevents biofilms and bacteria in both the plumbing lines and operating tubes.
